We founded Groove Studios with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values and we know that the better our service, the more customer loyalty we enjoy. Our store policies are detailed below. SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow your order three-five business days after being placed for it to be shipped out. After each order, a confirmation email will follow. Then a follow-up email when your order has been shipped. The tracking label will be provided in the email. We ship domestically and internationally. (Fees may vary, but are calculated with USPS).
RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus
the shipping costs for the return. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at groovestudiostv@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
